Before recycling systems can emerge, communities need to understand the problem, see solutions in action, and organise to collect plastic in a structured way. Impact collection means building lasting local value chains where every item collected has a destination and creates value.

A small injection moulder and small-scale processing tools to show the full recycling loop, from waste to object.
Educational exhibitions
Modular panels explaining plastic pollution, recycling solutions and common misconceptions.
Sorting and collection infrastructure
Sorting bins made of recycled plastic, installed in public spaces and connected to local recycling value chains.
The solutions workshop
A collaborative workshop to understand what is at stake and move to action on pollution.

Emergency shelters in recycled plastic
Recycled plastic eyewear
In India, we turn them into eyewear frames: 10,000 pairs made from recycled plastic have been distributed to women's communities, improving their access to eye care and their daily lives.
